Michael Heller has served as a member of our Board since November 2012. Mr. Heller is currently the
Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the law firm Cozen O’Connor, an international law firm with
approximately 800 attorneys. He is currently a member of the board of directors of Hanover Fire and Casualty
Co., a property and casualty insurance carrier. Mr. Heller also sits on several nonprofit boards, including Thomas
Jefferson University Hospital, Villanova Law School, CEO’s vs Cancer, Greater Philadelphia Chamber of
Commerce and Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies. Mr. Heller obtained a B.A. with high honors
from The Pennsylvania State University and a J.D. from Villanova University.
